Its is the most gigantic mosque available within the university, it can accommodate hundreds of muslim worshippers. Water and toilet facilities are always available here. The mosque is always clean and it is beautifully adorned with plantations which provide shade for the faithfuls praying within the mosque perimeter.Apart from the 5 daily prayers and the jummuat prayer, numerous public islamic lectures as well as ramadan tafseer do take place here. There is a separate wing for the females attached to the main building. The mosque is opened to both staff and students of the university, including the community outside the university.There is a huge parking space around the mosque, however the actual mosque building is not wheelchair friendly, except the eastward entrance to the mosque premises (Haraba).
