The estate is now named after the first Civilian governor of Gombe state; Abubakar Habu Hashidu(late). Theres a new service apartment in the Estate and its called Gimbiya Apartment, its conducive and one of the best in the state. The estate has a functional police station and private securities are available when their services are required.
