The only thing good about this hotel is the structure which is well bultt and designed According to international standard. But service and maintenance of the facilities is zero. The air-conditioners dont cool because they dont have gas. The TV in my room (162) is not working. Water in the bathroom not rushing. The shower tap damaged and not repair. The intercom in the room not working. The most annoying and irritating is the seeming lack of care or concern for guest welfare. You complain but the staff dont do anything. They will promise to address the complaint but they will not do anything. The hall used for our workshop was stuffy and hot because the A.Cs are not walking.

The hotel is average but customer service was great and the food is amazing. Quite spacious but they have a spring bed which creaks a lot.

This hotel is one of the best hotels you will find Northern Nigeria. I rate it 5 stars because there is nothing a guest needs that isnt already provided. The hotel has a classic reception lounge, glorified kitchen and chefs, standard gym, sauna, olympic standard swimming pool, spacious and quiet environment for leisure and picnics, multiple halls for events and beautiful large rooms on different floors and a decorated parking space that can hold up to 100 vehicles in beautiful array. Security is well equipped to ensure safety. This hotel is also very close to the city centre, market and road networks for ease of movement.

A government owned 3 star hotel located in gombe city. It has a bar mini sports centre and ample parking space. Easily accessible from a location of the city.

Gombe State is growing at a faster speed than so many old States in the North. I was at Gombe State for five days on National Universities Commission Accreditation exercise and we stayed at Gombe International Hotels. The experience was wonderful.

Good, upgrade in bar services is needed. Varieties of drinks should be supplied and a standard DJ sound system should be made available.

Is not just a place for the “highly place” , is a place to rest after a long day. And to get the kind of rest that is healing/therapeutic come to Gombe International Hotel. You get value for money. What are your wishes, name it!

The hotel has the makings to be a very relaxing location. However will need for staff to appreciate customer needs. I was unable to get a second towel no matter how hard I tried because each guest is entitled to only 1 towel.... Some wall gecko droppings in the room in some corners also.

The place is so peaceful and relaxing.I love the vast space of the hotel.It really seems majestic.

The accommodation and the food was good. Gym and other sports equipments were available. The environment is also clean and tidy. Thought some of my colleagues complained of having lizard and coachroaches in their rooms thats why I gave it 4 star.

Nice building , no PoS machine, poor quality food, no water in the room, poor baggage handling, dirty views. Noisy lobby .Good bedding, nice bathroom, no payment receipt.

This is a magnificent edifice set up by the Gombe State Government. It has the capacity to hold international event. Security cameras are properly set in place and monitored. The hotel has good Chefs and delicious cuisines. Sports facilities, swimming pool and other the landscaping are excellent. Wonderful and courteous staff. It is a place to visit.

Great rooms but priced like I was in Abuja for less the features. Pool drained out and not in use, but great scenery and food (for those from Cross River, please take it easy you are up north 😂).

Gombe international hotel is located along Gombe-Yola road and is one of the best hotels in Nigeria. It has facilities that attracts customers, so a trial will convince you when ever you are in Gombe.

Its a four star hotel facility with everything an hotel of such rating requires,but grossly underutilised because of poor management,poor customer service,its so sad that the enourmous resources put into that hotel is so inefficiently managed.The hotel is currently operating far below its capacity.
