The watch tower of the University. It is presumed to be built at its highest peak. It also has a water reservoir. Because it is very difficult to get soft water here in Enugu Municipal. The water reservoir supplies good drinking water to the students. It is built with reinforced concrete. Underneath the reservoir is also used by various students as a reading place because of the cool sea breeze that comes to that area. It is a nice place for quiet time.
