A really beautiful and serene environment.The buildings are quite old, in a nostalgic way. It obviously has a lot of history. You feel it in your heart.The books tho need some updating. I still love the old books anyways but it wouldnt hurt to get some new books too.

Its a cool, quite place to study. As long as youre with your identity card (any kind), you can go and study with your books, or choose from their shelves.Their is one thing I dislike about it, sometimes their staffs can be noisy, which we make readers uncomfortable. Aside that, it has lots of advantages.

Needs a lot of renovation, much poelpe dont go here anymore, neglected by the government, this state library has been reduced to be the shadow of its own self, besides this is the worst place for a library, as it is the one of the nosiest and busiest area in town, though you can still get some old books there.

The books there are being upgraded gradually but the environment is not in good shape and needs total restructuring but the library is fortified with old materials for reference purposes.
