My only reason for removing a star is because its contact phone number online/maps is wrong: it is for another Slot location. I had called ahead to clarify and settle on some options. This number error caused some initial friction when I arrived. Hope it is corrected soon 😊.

VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE. I BOUGHT THE SLOT AIRPOD FROM HERE. I GOT HOME TO FIND IT WAS DEFECTIVE. I RETURNED IT FOR REPLACEMENT. ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS NOW, NO REPLACEMENT. I HAVE GONE THERE OVER 5 TIMES, THEY KEEP TELLING ME THE AIRPOD IS NOT AVAILABLE. 2 MONTHS! AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH SLOT IN GENERAL. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
