Large fenced compound with a hall for press conferences owned by the Nigerian Union of Journalists. Thats where its name is derived. Around the conference hall are eateries, beer parlors, two motels with lodging facilities, suya spot, car wash, bookshop and an exclusive bar. There are no lawns and the premises are unkempt. However, the beer parlours serve sizzling hot and locally spiced fish and meat peppersoup along with local brands of beer.

Cool bar, no noise, hidden from public view, very comfortable if you have problem with people seeing you drink
