Ede, Osun state is situated in the southern region of Nigeria geopolitical zone. The town is populated majorly Muslims, although there are Christians, Idol worshippers likewise in the town.One of the Federal Polytechnic is located the town. Likewise the houses two private religion-based university that is, Redeemer University, Nigeria (RUN) owned by the The Redeem Christian Church and Adeleke University (AU) owned by Deji Adeleke but operates on the seventh-day Adventist belief.
