This place has so many options!! Would absolutely recommend. They have tons of different FRESH bread (not easy to come by here in Nigeria), lots of baked sweets, various meat pies, dairy products and also beverages. We got two chocolate cakes, two soy milks, one milk bread and one chocolate bread. I have to say, I am a huge chocolate fan but the milk bread was better. It was more moist and comforting, while the chocolate bread was a little dry. All of this cost 1,700 NGN. I was so tempted to grab a fresh loaf of bread as well, but it seemed a little excessive, as we are going to be on the move for the next few days. The High Quality Bakery is a perfect stop for a little comfort food before checking out the drill ranch.

I love their foods. From the bread to the different types of pies to the chicken and golden buns. Their cakes are soft and everything is just so tasty. I definitely recommend their big meat pie anytime.

Bakery with a difference. Different types of bakes are available here. There is also a section for some fast food(their moi moi is HUGE and a must try) and their meat pies are the bomb. Yogurt is sold here and sandwiches too. In peak period there is usually a not well managed queue sue to the availability of only one cashier point. Parking space is also limited and one has to park along the road most times. There is no valet to ensure proper parking. Overall, their bakes are good and should be tried when possible

I grew up patronizing this bakery and their product had been of high quality as the name implies. Their bread over the years has been the best anyone in Calabar has ever tasted, yet I recently visited this bakery after 20 years and to my amazement the standard haven’t dropped; but rather had improved every with the addition of other pastries like meat pie and sausage rolls. Couple with a very neat environment and friendly staff, I would advice anyone visiting Calabar to stop by.

They sell bread fresh from the oven, pastries like meat and chicken pies, cakes and all. You could pre-order kinds of cakes for weddings, birthdays or any ceremony. Or just but their non-decorated cake. Recommended for sure.
