Their reception area was neat and spacious, service rendered was okay, their cinema hall was up to standard in both sound and ambience. Their movie tickets prices were affordable too.

Its a lovely place with breath taking views. Has a slave trade museum and artifact, museum, movie theater and natures touch.

The place is awesome it has a museum, its surrounded by water having a dynamic view. Well arranged packing lot, has a place where you can go eat.

Movies are not as recent as what is been shown elsewhere in the country. The MGUS film house website doesnt have what is showing in the film house,one has to drive there and find out the movie is one you have seen weeks ago and no other one. Also issue of showing a dubbed movie in a film house very bad and should come with sanctions. Recommendations 1, try and update movies to the website on a weekly basis if doing it daily is a daunting task, 2 source for new movies weekly too, instead of showing one movie for a month. Thank you for staying in Calabar though without you we will be film house less. 😁😁

Filmhouse Cinema Calabar has 4 screens with a stadium seating setting. The cinemas has an awesome visual and great sound quality. Movies ranges from Nollywood, Hollywood, Chinese and even Bollywood movies in an environment built to maximize your movie adventure. Filmhouse success is driven primarily by an impressive guest service standard.

Although its no more called film house calabar. Its now called Mguscinema. It also still a perfect place to see a movie.

Just about the only film house with a lovely environment

The movie experience was good but the lack of a mall around it is a big minus. Complements that with a boat cruise to Twins island.

Only local movies which i enjoyed however cinema snacks Shawarma was a waste of money and the sales point teams dont know how to make it and no refund.The waiting space was dirty and dusty no proper airconditioning.

Its a great atmosphere to watch movies and hang out although they have some issues with lack of snacks and light but the surroundings are amazing
