Had a reasonably prompt service and the staff were nice. I was quite surprised at the number needing in-person attention in this age of virtual assistants.Sadly but not all together surprisingly, data network challenge hindered possible faster delivery and frustrated the staff π
Its a good place. The only downside is that its not spacious enough and tends to be susceptible to crowds and long waiting times

Hmm!Crazy in there! From not being able to get in because of limited working hours ostensibly because of Covid-19 restrictions to Covid-19 restriction requirements, to being refused service because of overly strict regulatory SIM registration requirements to finally being attended to. Paid for an inappropriate Sim pack right in the office on day 1, to day 2 visit for the same unsorted issue but it is commendable that my latter experience was less painful as they got friendlier n more reasonable.But do we have an option?? Made up my mind I needed an MTN SIM for personal reasons so I went the whole nine yards, finally got it.But I cant blame them it is the harsh business environment in our country but they can be a Lil nicer n assuage our pains.After all what business would want a 2nd experience of penalties by the regulators as a business??They havent even recovered from the previous humongous regulatory penalties that were in billions of naira.Naija I hail o!
Whereas measures were adequately taken to prevent the spread of the virus (compulsory use of face mask, water and soap for hand washing, tentative use of hand sanitizer, and social distancing), it took a long time before one is attended to. On average, a customer spends 2 to 3 hours at the centre.

Their customer care agents there are very rude and uncultured, I went there to upgrade my sim to 4g, after waiting outside for several hours and still I couldnt get it done due to a mistake in my sim registered name that didnt correspond with the name on my ID, the customer service agent couldnt politely explain things to me and at least try to offer a solution instead he was rudely shouting at me and other customers there at the office that day, I had to switch to a different network because of the incident that day.

Please if you hVe anything else to do with your time dont bother visiting. It is HIGHLY understaffed and the queues are 100 people long, you literally have to wait for a 100 persons to get to your turn.
