Nice hotel

A budget hotel easily accessible from the airport. It has fairly good amenities though maintenance is required in some areas. The room prices are negotiable which I find most interesting about the hotel. The bar has quite a variety of drinks and there are affordable. The room service is good.

This is nice budget hotel. Just a few mins away from the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital. It is very accessible. The rooms are comfortable and neat. The staff are courteous. Power is reasonable constant. I have no issues recommending this hotel to other.

University Satellite town. Electricity supply has improved compared with the past situation. A lot of unical students reside here as it is close to the university and the university teaching hospital. Its a quiet residential area.

Satellite town is a small town located in calabar. It has a very peaceful and serene environment and a nice place to live in, there is always adequate light and water, the only challenge faced by inhabitants of satellite town is the issue of bad internet network in the area. Nevertheless, satellite town is still one of the best places to live.

From the partially literate receptionist to the annoying room service guys, everyone there was so not ready to serve the public. The water heater was not working. At some point water stopped running in the bathroom. You can imagine how traumatic that was for me.I could go on and on but theres no point,is there? There wont even read this review, anyway. My ten cents? They should get themselves a new manager,maybe thatll bring sanity to the place.
