Nice hotel in Calabar, for me good hotel is having basic and necessary things, it didnt have to be luxury at time, but are the basics things in place. Yes, Royal Bit got it.

Location is good, rooms are spacious and good, services are generally above average and professionalism amongst staff is just okay. But the premises is compact.

Very nice and polite front desk staff especially Ms Glory who attended to me my first night there, the rooms are neat and in a quite pristine condition, there is ample parking space, and a security guard on duty. All there rooms are N10,000. And its quite budget friendly, the restaurant is 24/7 and you can get a variety of local dishes there.

A very clean and executive guest house with only standard rooms and cheap rates. Customer service is good as the staff are courteous and friendly. I would recommend as a good place to put up, if not looking to break the bank.

It is located in a red light zone and there is little parking space. Light is only available between 6:00PM and 7:00AM unless there is public electricity supply
