Poorly facilitated. No electricity for days in most cases, insecure area as a result of cultists and hoodlums, unhygienic surroundings, bad customer service and poor plumbing. Lack of proper maintenance and management. I do not recommend here to anyone no matter how cheap your accommodation budget it.

Hostels in cross river are very nice, I enjoyed the comfort and hospitality at transcrop hotel calabar

The rooms are affordable,it has a nice bar,but the lack of security is troubling, especially for the area its situated.they also do not have 24hrs light .its relatively okay, if you need a place to stay urgently
