Very lovely environment. They have a printing press so you can get your cards printed. They have a standard gym. Prices are affordable too.

I stayed in the cheaper Wing A, lots of broken things and the intercom didnt work. Maybe its just the room I stayed in. Aside that, the place is fine, nice people and definitely a great place to stay on a budget.

Staff are courteous and willing to help you through any difficulties, the facilities are also good.Major con for me however, is the lack of an elevator in the old wing, brace yourself for the flights of stairs if you happen to lodge in that wing.

Nice location, quite affordable with friendly staff but lacks appropriate supervision, so many things are not right.....cleanliness of the rooms and restrooms being the obvious ones....good thing is Okon (front desk guy) and Pius (house keeping) ensured my room / bathroom were cleaned appropriately 😁.At the time I was there, the elevator was out of order so had to use the staircase to the 3rd floor every time I went downstairs.

Serene environment, neat rooms, beautiful lobby, delicious meals that take a little long to deliver. The delay is, however, compensated by cheerful staff. Electricity is relatively excellent (when compared with the general situation). The room is 90% sound-proof. It is a place worth patronizing again.

Im never going back to this hotel. The room was terrible with terrible bed sheet. Some of the electricity sockets were not working. The AC had no control. TV barely had options. THERE IS NO WIFI. The bathroom drainage was bad. Food prices were highly expensive for no reason.

An upscale setup. More can be achieved with a bit of care and attention to details and deliberate customer service.

The hotel is good. Hotels should consider adding complimentary breakfast. For someone paying 30k, a complimentary breakfast that cost hotel less than N500 should not hurt the hotel but adds a lot of value to the hotel

The hotel looks great. Rooms are not so bad. Some of the staff were friendly but the hospitality wasnt top notch.We came in the rain and one of the staff members was carrying an umbrella and instead of helping us, he simply walked past us. We were shocked cos we expected better.

Good and neat facility but they need to improve on the TV channels available to lodgers. Bathroom flooding experienced in the MD suite I stayed. Also need to have more supplies like shampoo, shower cap, tea and coffee etc and to also improve on the response time of her staff and services. Overall Good.

Nice pool and bar.. they also have nice decor and architectural structure. The rooms are nice and they have neat bathrooms and hot tubs. They have a gym and confrence area. They also have a resturant. They offer meal services and also have a printing press for large format printing, a photo studio and offer a wide range of service.
