Akpabuyo Local Government Area is one of the 18 Local Government Areas in Cross River State, Nigeria. It has a beautiful predominantly table landscape that is very good in #farming. Akpabuyo is also laced with water bodies and that makes the natives predominantly #crop and fish farmers.The headquarter of the Local government area is at Ikot Nakanda where the #Chairman and #councillors of this third tier of #government work.People come from all around, including neighboring #Cameroun to buy #fish from the popular Ikang market on Fridays.Do you know that in Akpabuyo, theres a place where the ancient trade by #Bata #market system is still practiced?
