I expected more responsiveness from a company of multichannel Nigeria calibre. Unfortunately, you must bear with what youre served in near monopoly.

Great experience

I actually visited the technical section of the centre in order to get by decoder fixed. The gentleman I met there was very courteous. He listened patiently and was quite helpful. The only drawbacks were that the technical section is too small, quite hot and seats for waiting customers were not enough so we had to stand. Otherwise, very good service.
