Its a bank, needs improvement in its services

A good bank, but needs to always improve on its quality of its services.

I used to like the first bank so much in the past but now reverse is the case because I realized that this bank find pleasures in making life miserable for its customers. customers usually spent almost the whole day on queue to with drawn and deposit money in the banking hall and even at the ATM.

The bank is actually amazing in terms of service, they do offer good service to there customers, i love been in there because it has a free Wi-Fi network which none bank has it in bida in bida local government (all other bank had it password), for all the time i spent there was great actually nothing bad about the.. I really love it
