Hello, to nicest head office,, I ve been expecting my parcel since January, from benin city to Spain, which was posted since 1st wk of December,, nw we are in February ,,, I have not yet received my parcel. I try to track it on their tracking page,, but it only shows signs that it has left lagos, to where???????I dont know, pls nicest am begging u guys locate my parcel nd send to me,, pls tell me where to collect my parcel???????

Nipost Benin(airport road) would take years to sort out your parcel. Not just that they are also sluggish to doing their job.How can a parcel spend 3 weeks with you guys before sorting it out?Id advice anybody that wants to ship things abroad to patronise any other logistics service, cause nipost aint worth the stress.

I got my parcel here with ease

Regular post office, with EMS services and Speed mail services, goods can also be sent abroad but the charges are heavy. Goods ordered from foreign sites arrive here for pick up. The building looks decapitated but its fully up and operational. 6/10 rating.

They should improve on their services to public and brace up with the present global standard

Picked up a delivery from China, my package was in good shape.

The service delivery is becoming worse every day. From very recent experiences with them, they no longer enter their logs online for priority parcel delivery which was a necessity for parcel tracking. They also no longer deliver mails to homes on time. They only deliver mails after about two or three weeks late, after they received. Imagine your international express parcel could be intentionally withheld for more than two weeks even though it was from international express service.

Always friendly faces even though they are mostly under staffed, you always meet them smiling even while sorting through and delivering hundreds of items
