This is the mosque where most student living in the school hostel say their daily prayers. It is also open to all Muslims to say their prayers.Sometimes, tutorials are held within the premises.The Muslim students have also done well by providing a tap just outside its premises where everyone can fetch some water. Also there are electrical outlets with seats where one can charge phones or laptop.

Hostel Mosque as its fondly called is a meeting place for Muslim students in and around the University of Benin environment. Students and staff alike often frequent the place to pray, network and meet Muslim brothers and sisters to further the course of Islam as a religion and Muslims in general. It is also a place where the knowledge and practice of Islam is thought to persons as Muslims believe greatly in the quest for religious knowledge first before practice. Its a nice place to relax and share thoughts with people of like mind .The place played a great influence in my life while i stayed on campus.
