Nice place for relaxation and few drinks. I love the swimming pool. Beautiful environment 🏵️🏵️

Beautiful and classy location, however, for such a classy place it needs a certain restriction policy on the type of people that comes in there and the type of behavior accepted to maintain the standard they are trying to portray.

Good place to see though would have been better in a more spacious environment with nice landscape views from the top, I like their menu list. Ideal place for a date

Imagine spending a fortune on the aesthetics/ambience of a place. And that business venture/experience is ruined by extremely disrespectful staff, and horrible food, including serving what seemed like frozen chicken nuggets, the type you get at the supermarket for stupid prices.The spring roll was burnt, chicken nuggets and chicken wings were freezing cold.Maybe they arent getting paid and are vexed that the typical meal is more than their salary.They are sooooo rude, especially to ladies. Then a member of staff attempted moving me and my guest to seats that were obviously in the rain, to resit someone else??? Are they seriously that stupid?

Nice modern decor, inviting staff (most) and comfy seating areas. The DJ was on point.I would say some things should be taken in consideration:- Most items on their menu as of 8pm on a Friday were not available- Tables were wobbly (where I sat)- We asked the waitress to clean the table that was obviously used. A lot of sas to do the right thing. (waiter 1)- Waiters should explain to customers what they are getting to reduce wastage and dissatisfaction.- The waitresses composure was like she was talking to a friend and some points it seemed she was fed up but smiled (waiter 2)... just training... can be a turn off for customers.I would visit again but from what I saw it would have to be peak periods like the end of the month.

Lovely ambience and fair prices

Its was an awful experience.Got there at about 7:45pm,Finding a sit on the rooftop out door terrace was a bit challenging,Finally got one, but it took almost forever for the waiter to get back to us that the meal we ordered when we arrive wasnt available, after 45minutes,Then proceeded to order what was available,A starter course, the meal and a desert.Well, I guess the kitchen new best and decided to rearrange the order, and after 1hour 15minutes wait, they served 1 guests drink, 20 minutes later 1 guests meal, 15 minutes later 1 part of the starter, then the next guests meal, then the other part of the starter, then forgot about the desert.Finally had to leave at about 10pm....Costumer service was really really poor and unorganized, I expected more from such an exquisite place.

First of all, the laws and restrictions are way too many and bothersome. The place opens up by 3PM for reasons unknown and the customer service is 0%. The ambience is really beautiful but customer service has to be improved. Also, orders take too long to arrive and thats not nice at all!

It a cool place to relax and unwind. The environment is serene and the music is soothing. It also jas a roof top space where you can sit and have your drinks and food

A very Beautiful Environment and Cozy too, I love their Rooftop and The Ground Floor Lounge.. The Music and Customer Service is superb😁 The Steak and mashed potatoes was everything ❤️ Main source of payment is POS and no need of carrying cash around 💃 Serene environment...I recommend You to visit 👍👍

First and second visits were commendable, but this is a sorry excuse for a meal, half of the menu is unavailable, theres no consistency in drinks stale protein served.

I am giving this one star because the environment is nice and okay. However,Food-0.5Service-0I ordered spaghetti Bolognese and it looked like something they scraped from the bottom of the pot. The samosa and spring rolls I ordered were also partly burnt and partly undercooked (still dont know how this is possible). And dont even get me started on the cocktails, mine tasted like hollandia milk and my friends tasted like what chloroquine would taste like.I did not understand the waiters as well, most of them sitting and pressing phones when there are customers asking to be attended to. Place has potential, but the menu needs ALOT of work. Dont think Ill be visiting again.

Service was very poor. Was having a meeting in the VIP lounge with my business partners and the music was turned on so loud, even after calling the staff to reduce it, they didnt respond in any way. At some point it seemed like the sound was even louder. We were done with our food and called the attention of one of the staff to clear the table, they still didnt respond in time until we were about leaving...Its a nice place though but the service was really frustrating
