Please dont stay here the staffs are so very unprofessional ordered food to my room at night and never got the food delivered only to be told that they wer too busy! And staffs always asking for tips especially front desk staff.

Here is my review of the place the bed is good, the room service seems bad the WI FIIs terriboe keeps disconnecting so need to fix that.The bathroom is small so when iEver i bathe the water pours all over the floor so bad job their the outdoor bar is amazing with a dirty swimming pool fanta is 300 Naira incase you wanted to know and thats it but please GET BETTER WI-FI THAT DOSENT KEEP DISCNECTING thank you that is all

Prenox hotel is a very nice place and with a spacious parking space. The hotel compound is very tidy. The staff are very respectful except for one person (at the restaurant), who seems disrespect. The security at the entrance of the reception is a great man (he needs to be promoted). I like his smile and how zealous he was doing his work. Also, the room and toilet are very neat. The food I ate was very delicious except for the stew for the rice (which had sour taste and part of the fish tasted like burnt offering). Generally, I enjoyed my visit and I will surely recommend this hotel for travellers and fun lovers.

This one will satisfy all your normal requirements without making a hole in your pocket. Staffs are well mannered and ready to cooperate with any situation. Amongst all the things that you may miss here are spa, gym and absence of elaborate continental menu. Though the chef is always ready to prepare foods of your choice with a little help from you. Dont go by the ratings, it will definitely prove value for your money. And for the Indian visitors, they got you covered with some dishes as well. So cheers ..

Nice hotel and nice customer service culture. Spatial planning and analysis is not well thought about hence, the small rooms, long corridors which give rise to heat build up within the lengthy hall ways due to lack of intermittent openings along them.

Long live the guy who prepares the barbecue fish by the pool side. Great taste for a beautiful pool side ambience. A decent hotel too.
