Terrrrrrrrrible service! TV didnt work, water heater was not functioning. The lights in the room refused to go off. Save yourselves the stress and try other hotels around so youd get your moneys worth except ofcourse you enjoy wasting your money

This hotel is terrible. Very unprofessional rude and saucy receptionists with zero manners. The rooms are old and have brown patches all over the tiled walls. Cleaners are not available at night. Showers do not flow and you will have to beg them to pump water before water flows from the tap. Do not come here if you love yourself

Was very poor, it was less than what I expected, bedsheet wasnt changed, it was itchy, I approached the receptionist at the foyer and explained to her I need my bedsheet replaced, she said house keepers dont work In the night and this I would have to manage a dirty bedsheet, I wont recommend this hotel for their poor customer service

It wasn’t a good stay. The hotel room stunk when I flushed. There were packets of used condoms in the closet. The bedsheets had stains and skid marks. The menu was behind the bed. At 3pm the room still wasn’t cleaned when I was meant to check in at 12noon. The bar girl on duty on the 25th evening was wonderful. The recepRuin staff was polite. Everyone else needs retraining

Clean and orderly environment, stylish rooms in the Signature part of the hotel. Respectful staff, which is different from usual the rude and unprofessional customer service in Benin, generally.They could do well to offer complimentary bottle water in all rooms though. Sometimes travellers come in too tired to leave their room upon arrival. Like youll offer water to visitors to your home, you could offer complimentary bottle water to welcome guests.

Very useless place. I went there because it was cheap, and had low.expectations. but it was even worse than I expected. Very dodgy and useless place. Prices are too high. Dirty room, nonsense house keeping. D staff are alright sha. But the place is a trap.

I wouldnt consider this hotel a first option for someone who wants a timeout. The only thing appealing about this hotel is the reception. The doors beyond open to a rather different place than what is displayed. I was tortured by mosquitoes in the room I slept in and worse still, did not get a refund on the compulsory deposit that was made the previous day.Not recommended.

Simple and enjoyable

Even though we got off to a difficult start at first. I must say the customer service at the end of the day was actually very good. The location is perfect and I felt safe. The price is good for what you get. The rooms were cleaned daily. Like most places certain things must be maintained regularly so they still have the same service level as when they were first built or should be replaced i.e bed sheets, pillowcases and fridge. Just a little tweek and you guys would have 4 stars from me

The food is good, generous and tasty portions. Location is nice, couple of joints close by as well as a pharmacy and small market. The light supply is terrific. Have not had a blackout all through my stay. I didnt stay in the extension but I think it would be nice if they renovated the older parts of the hotel to create more symmetry. Once you go through the door, its like you entered a time machine. Regardless, its a comfortable no-frills budget hotel and offers lots of value for money. Room costs range from 4k to 9k. Will add pictures if I get a chance.

Lugged into the Hotel 7th June 2018, was to spend 2 nights, but on my 1 first night, this are my observations. The experience was good, with good rooms connection with a stylish creativity of the wardrobe. Toilet is well established and nicely attended to by the receptionist, and a friendly laundry man.But could still improve on area of hospitality and be more friendly. Receptionist and supervisor could be too rigid and not accommodating at times. They ate not flexible. Yet they cant meet all our demands, but could be polite about it.Thanks.

Boston hotel/Boston signature is the very best hotel in Benin city. Resonably priced, very clean environment, very easy assess to the center of town and very close to the only airport in Benin. The staff/attendants were very professional, they anticipated my needs and responded very quickly to my need. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone traveling through or coming to stay for a while, you will definitely enjoy your stay.

Easily accessible on line & on ground, neat & serene environment with a welcoming & helpful staff. No wheel chair parking but wheel chair accessible. The rooms are fairly priced though u might not get d cheaper rooms as they are usually taken. Rooms are neat, firm beds, nice furniture and TV entertainment. Functional facilities .i.e heater, AC, fans etc. They maintain a no smoking policy in d rooms. The food & drinks; good & fairly priced, power is also steady. The bar and restaurant are cozy and relaxing. Room service is fair. An affordable place if ure on a low budget with good basic amenities & service. Thus I rate it ,,🌟🌟🌟
