It is a building with five floors and a ground floor. Each floor has a security personnel who provides relevant information when asked and of course, secures the floor.The waiting room by the reception is comfortable. It is furnished with an air condition, nice chairs and other things.

This is presenting to you Nigeria worst nightmare. Known as BEDC for short their primary function is to provide electricity to about 3 States in Nigeria but they end up doing is to make sure darkness reign supreme in Nigeria. The service is so poor it doesnt deserve a single star. Complaints taken here is a total waste of time as it is not always resolved. If you can dont patronise them.

Customer service is horrible. I have applied for prepaid meter since 2017 at Akure and have never been issued one. They bring estimated bill every month. I work out of town and My home is occupied by my brother and security guard, yet they bill me N70k for one month. When I am in town, I use generator. How can I continue to pay this exorbitant bill every month. I had complained several times via email, no action has been taken. This is complete piece of trash. Their men parade themselves around asking for bribes and never complete tasks.

Tried purchasing prepaid token from BEDC site on two occasions without my token being generated. its been one week and all the customer care keep saying is tomorrow tomorrow. this tomorrow never ends. What a shame of a service. We dont care about your big buildings or packaged website, provide your customers the service they require and deserve.

We use to have three hour on and three hours off we no longer have light in our area in pz sapele road even the light they bring cant charge phone or even pomp water everywhere is so dark

I try to call their so called customer number it does not exist beware people dont use this site to pay your electricity bill. Shame shame on this thieves we walk too hard for you guys to just swipe money out of our bank account and not even give the token. Ive been Here Several times. The Head Quarters for Benin Electricity Distribution Company (BEDC). BEDC covers 4 states - Edo, Delta, Ondo and Part of Ekiti. The Disco (Distribution Company) is one of the best performing Discos in Nigeria. Has knowledgeable staff and decent customer care services. Its a relatively new Company; a succesor to the now defunct PHCN (which in turn was a succesor to the legendary NEPA)

Its a nice place with wonderful people.
