No words for the employees at this bank branch. They will be lesser humans if they smile or be nice to customers

The Customer service has not improved as at 2017. Its still the same, if not worse. Customers Service is the worst of its kind. They treat you(the customer) like a job applicant. You are made to stand for hours on end just to be able to interact with the customers service, who at most times behave saucy and indifferent. Your time is of no essence to them. So be prepared to spend all day here.
