Polycon Guest House is a quiet and interesting place to lodge at.However the management should maintain or replace the furniture in the rooms.... and also increase the duration of operation of the generator when theres no electricity from AEDC.

For a budget hotel it is a great place. Located in the serene gra, big air-conditioned rooms with fridge.

Very average in infrastructure and services. I could not sleep bcos of Mosquitoes. And for d attendants to give me tissue paper for me was also a problem. The lighting is not 24 hours as they only put on generator by 6pm when there is power failure. It is not a choiced place if u are looking for where to catch fun. I had to leave with disappointment for another hotel first thing d following morning. They will show u fine fine pictures and speak queens English online. But go to the ground, u will nearly faint. God help us

I enjoyed my stay. Rooms were neat with 24 hours power supply.

The place needs to be retouched but I guess a lot of people would not mind. I personally think its mouldy and so many rules (fair considering its a university guest house)

Its wonderful ,cost effective and a silent place.Thier services are OK for a get away weekend or few nights stay.No swimming poll ,no bar or alcohol allowed and no club/clubing within the space. Its a decent place and safe to come along with kids.

The hotel is okay at the price offering. Nice and comfortable rooms, serene atmosphere, friendly staff. Areas of improvement are their restaurant and response time to issues

The rates for the rooms are ok . They are fairly neat. Room service and the food not so great. But its a nice place for someone on a tight budget.

This is a fabulous hotel but its really hidden. Its proximity to an air force command base makes security better.
