Mobil Fuel station popularly known as Gidan Mai, is a central place in the tourist town of Bauchi which also serves as a stop point for those going further North East of Nigeria. It also houses a mini mart supermarket in the premise as well as other local mai nunu and mai lemu (orange sellers) around for those who want some refreshment.

A very popular place in Bauchi township. Its a gas station placed in strategic position, close to the busiest motor park in the heart of the state. One could easily get taxi/bus to the neighboring states at virtually any time of the day.I have literally used that park for over 4 to 5 years!

The Fuel Station has become more of a landmark used in describing other locations close to it. The structure is currently dilapidated. And business in the premises is at all time low.

Still providing service over the years

A nice place to get some fresh air when you are on a journey. Good vulcanizer and pitstop services available too

Excellent shopping mart to pick up much needed groceries, change your vehicles engine oil and vulcanize your tires

Maybe its due to the road construction going on around it but it looks dilapidated and run down.
