Ambience is Good but their customer services and network availability is very poor. Staff appear poorly trained and unable to handle customer thus creating unnecessary crowd.I was there for Sim swap on three different occasions. After wasting my time they told me, We dont have network, come back later Later when, I asked? I dont know, just come anytime you want.That was how I wanted my 3 visits, till date I have not being attended to.

I know glo for their neatness in surrounding, almost perfect service, but the neatness in awka office is total opposite. How do you stay close to theist dirty site in awka and still come to work daily? Check picture for confirmation. The dump site is not just dirty but wet always making their stink like hell. Advice work or the drainage system around the do site, provide enough trash can the biggest size, make it an obligation for THE TRASH To be taken away tow time a week. Good news also Glo actually outshine with free registration of National identity card. And you cant come in without face mask. But the day I was doing my research when I asked I was told I van go in with mask, temperature was not checked. But there is a notice at the entrance saying no facemask no entry. Even if the glo staff in awka are ignorant of their health I advice you to go with your mask.

This is globacom customer service office. They provide excellent services on their network, but I have to be honest, its not the best out there. Their data pricing is really good but the internet speed is poor.
