Its an old estate in Awka. The roads are bad with no maintenance culture. Though there are good houses there as well

I live here! The security is top notch

One or the beautiful Estates I passed through in Awka, I didnt get to explore the Estate to be able to tell how good the apartments and other amenities are. From what I see it is in a nice location, a serene environment I would say, got security and looks well managed. All from outside View and observations though.Will make effort to explore next time and will update my review then.
