I just got highly dissatisfied for the first time

Honestly they sell substandard electronics ,I bought a binatone blender that got spoilt after one week ,I took it back for them to recifiy and its getting yo a year now any time I check in ,the manager gives me an additional week ,no refund no blender and also UPS the sell is substandard it messed up my office system but at least thank God they took that back and refunded me
