Subpar service at an exorbitant rate. We called him to fix our change over and he asked us to call him back should we encounter any problems. Well, we did call him back when the change over board started sparking. Not only did he not turn up to fix the problem, he kept giving excuses. We eventually had to call in another electrician. 😣
