They lack queue management. Thats so bad. The bank is always full and I hate going there. Their services is very poor. It shouldnt even be a bank at all. It should be changed to microfinance bank

UBA is one of the most patronized bank in Awka. At peak hour there is usually heavy human traffic in the bank in fact it needs more staff. It has a small but secured parking space
