They are a very efficient and easy to use bus service. I would however recommend a small road map for places they intend to stop along the way (like if youre stopping at ore then where in Ore) and more punctuality.

Comfy interior with ample provision for sizeable number of passengers to sit whilst waiting to board to their various destinations. Theres no provision for wheelchair accessible entrance into the main office building. The place is easily accessible and can be seen right from the expressway.

GIGM used to be a very decent transport service but as of these days - ichabod!!!Booked my commute online on 01/12/2019 from the Iyana Ipaja, Lagos park to Akpakpava, Benin. Got to the park some 30 minutes earlier and they asked that I join the bus going to Auchi and Ill be dropped off at Akpakpava. Seeing as wed be leaving earlier I didnt mind so I joined the bus.First off, it was a beat down bus, but okay - not too much of an issue as long as I am fairly comfortable and get where Im going.Dropping me off at Akpakpava, the bus headed towards Auchi. Unfortunately for me, I left my MRI scan films in the bus and have been trying to get it ever since without luck!So far, Ive called customer care at least 3 times and each time Im promised Ill be gotten back to about my forgotten item but they never get back to me! Ive had to call again and again to reintroduce the issue but they refuse to do anything about it. I sent someone to their Akpakpava office about this days after and all the help I was able to get was the drivers number. I call him and he was so rude, screaming at me once I mention my forgotten item. He angrily refered me back to GIGM and hung up.Those MRI films cost me N77,150 and to have GIGM dismiss my inquiry as they have so far done is really unethical, unprofessional and disturbing. It appears you guys are back in competition with Edegbe Line, and not in a good way!ICHABOD! SHAME!!
