Quick response to customer

Very poor customer care service. They dont pick calls and no reply to sms you send to them. I have a parcel with them and they refused to deliver to my customer going to 3 days now on parcel arrival.

The customer service attended to me well with the enquiries I make, but I have not yet placed a delivery with them.

Theres a little delay in sending recipients of packages SMS when they arrive. Your best bet will be to use the tracking website. Once that is updated, you can go for your package without waiting for the SMS which may take another 24 hours in coming.
