Lovely ambience, serene location, neatly maintained rooms, very courteous staff, delicious & not too pricey meals (by most standards). I never got an opportunity to try out the complementary buffet breakfast though, so I cant comment on that.Room service was kinda slow, they had my orders mixed up quite often. But I had a wonderful stay altogether.

The hotel is situated on main road close to Domino pizza. The rooms are decent and clean. The services are also ok.

The rooms are also very good for the price they charge which is very moderate.A room costs from N14,000 and has complementary items like one bottle of water, tea items in the room, and complementary buffet breakfast. Top View also has a perfume shop, boutique and Unisex Saloon. Top View has an indoor hall that can take not less than 40 persons. It also has an outdoor hall that can take not less than 120 persons with Coid-19 seating arrangements. Airport shuttle services are also available. At Top View, you get value for your money.

The hotel and its rooms are clean and welcoming. The facilities work (yeah, including the elevator). The ACs hum cos they arent split ACs. Imho, forget about swimming here... go see for yourself why😜

I must give this facility a 5-star likes!!! It’s very well maintained. The receptionists were warming and efficient. The different floor hallways are neat as well as the room I lodged in. The breakfast buffet was good though more meal options should be made available. Overall here is nice and it made my stay in Asaba delightful; I will definitely visit this hotel again!!

TopView Hotel Asaba is a well situated at the core area of Asaba along Okpanam Road. Beautifully structured with a well coordinated parking lot. It has lift, waiting room, good reception, a moderate hall and a good restaurant. You will found pocket friendly items at the Store. The food served here taste good. In a summary, TopView Hotel is a good place to be when you visit Asaba.

Beautiful place with steady power supply

The ambience of this hotel is refreshing. Courteous and obviously well trained staff, cozy rooms and complimentary buffet breakfast. A pool underneath a bar with not too loud music is also available.

Top View would have earned my 4 star rating for their classy interior furnishings but the noisy pool side and the small VIP bar with very few seats took away one point from them.

Nice concept. Most of the rooms are brown coloured. Not too good for mood. Needs some maintenance and upgrade. Staff courtesy was not user friendly to my liking. Average overall rating.

The hotel is impeccably clean (Room & Hotel environs)and the its staff has good customer service. The front desk personnels were quite helpful and the potters were smart in appearance & in their duties In terms of location, the Hotel is quiet central. Not too far from shoprite. Internet is quite strong too when its up and running.There is buffet for breakfast. Good options available but a variety would be welcome. One important fact to point out is that despite the amazing ambiance of the interior there was no foul odour percived in the hotel.Thumbs up to the General Manager who has an eye for detail.I would definitely recommend Top View Hotel and will stay here again during my next visit.

Staff were courteous but I had terrible experience with cigarette smoke from other rooms emptying into the washroom via the expelled fan opening. I lodged at the 3rd (last floor)

It cannot be rated more than 2 stars. The bath and toilet are poorly structured. After bathing, one cannot use the toilet as it is flooded. Gone are the days when a guest had to stand up from his bed to turn off/on electrical gadgets in a hotel room.Very limited choice of TV channels.
