Spring Hill is what it says it is - Spring! It’s refreshing, warm and welcoming ambience is guaranteed to make you return here every time you are in Asaba. From the reception to the rooms, everything is cosy. It does help that it is still quite new, so everything is in spanking shape. The rooms are cozy and warm. Friendly and helpful desk staff. Complimentary breakfast is offered and it is good. The only downside is the loud music in the nights from the bar. If this can be looked into, then this will definitely be the go to hotel in Asaba. It is also located in Asaba’s GRA, so most places in the city are easily accessible from Spring Hill. It is also 10mins to the airport. Loved it here and I will definitely be back, anytime I am in Asaba.

Top class. Brand new, well finished and properly maintained. Oozes of class from the outside to the inside. A lovely place for a family to relax and have maximum fun and value for money. The meals are so tasty and delicious. A home away from home is the best way to describe this place.

The food ordered took ages to be delivered and that too never matched the menu. They will play loud music to 11pm and as a guest, who has come to take rest in a hotel during his tiring visit, wouldnt be allowed to sleep till they stop. I literally pleaded with folded hands to bring down the volume so that i could rest and sleep after a long day, but nothing helped. I felt helpless and was subjected to this torture and humiliation by this hotel. I literally wished I hadnt chosen this hotel ever. Everything that I have shared is my personal experience.

Good facilities, but very horrible management policies, they seem to actually have a client base and tend to reject new clients by proxy through enforcing stringent policies, on providing regular services.One bad thing, check in time is 2pm, what the heck!!! I asked the front desk guy what happens when I come into the town by 5am and had a reservation, his response was leaving one with no option than to assume that you go and sit idle or start sleeping at the reception or u were supposed to book for a previous day if you are coming in bro town earlier than 2 pm thats awkward, he actually tutored me on how that was the international standard practice.I hope they understand that hotel should be home away from home, but they dont.

Great place, warm staff and wonderful service. One of the few hotels whose bathroom shower thermostat can be appropriately regulated. But they should ensure that their gym is fully functional.

I personally liked the neat and well organised room, toilet and bathroom. Liked the fact that it had electric socket at almost all corners of the room. Mattress felt like new. Enjoyed the buffet too. ooh, Saturday life band at the pool; entertaining as well. Wld love to visit again.

Properly situated within the city. Neat enviroment and tidy staffs. Prices are also commensurate to the service level. Particularly loved the rooms with a bit of balcony, gives it an homely feel.A huge turn off when I arrived was the elevators not working.

The room is ok, good location, the service is terrible, staff need training on customer service, the food? Terrible, I was given spoilt food after waiting for 2hrs to get the food, I reported it and they weren’t even bothered after paying so much for the food. Whenever you visit this hotel, stay away from the food, they have nothing on the menu, and food is bad. I would have ended up in the hospital if I had ate that food.
