No water heater, no backup generator, very lax cleaners, no TV remote and no channels on the TV. You also cant order food from the reception. There is normally power supply for around 14-16 hours everyday. And the workers here are very accommodating, kind and hospitable.

South gate hotel is just immediately after the inter bua round about, almost opposite the Asaba shopping Moll. If not observant, you could miss the hotel because of the presence of other businesses around it. The hotel is reserved and in a serene environment. The building is painted in lemon green and white.

Warm reception

It is a simple but nice hotel 🏨. It is not a sufisticated it has all the essential services; power supply, water, swimming 🏊, laundry service, etc. The rooms, furniture and finishing are very regular and basic. It also has a reasonable parking space.You will definitely have a nice time.

Looks good from the outside but there is no maintenance culture. The facilities are gradually deteriorating. Its located at a nice spot, just opposite Asaba shopping mall by Okpanam Road. There is almost 24hr power and a swimming pool.

SouthGate hotel have a very good sighting and the area is traffic free.Clean environment,friendly and well grained staffs.and is located along Tombia Road,GRA.Close to Royal House of Grace Church in port Harcourt

Just looks quite good on the outside. Lacks maintenance and everywhere was rowdy. If you want a cheap accommodation and dont mind the hassle, go for it

Southgate Hotel needs alot of improvements. Large hall and medium halls for events, not too spacious parking space, access is great as its along the road bit the facility is delapidating and needs to be worked on

South Gate hotel Asaba is the right place to be. They have good rooms, spacious parking lots, quality staffs and very good prizing.

Very large market. But human traffic in the market can be a nightmare.

Southgate Hotel has cozy rooms. Bar, swimming pool, meeting and event halls. The nagative about it is its location when it rains. Once it rains heavily, Okpanam Road becomes flooded and the entire entrance to the hotel also becomes water logged.
