Edmondson Hotel is a very good hotel to be in with a conducive atmospher. The hotel and it environment is very much ok and good to stay. It has good rooms, a bar, seatout, a very large and conducive event hall and big packing space.

I love this place for it ambient tranquility. However, I am disappointed at the way the curtain on the window is revealing and exposing one to outside intrusion. I mean people can see u inside ur room at night if ur lights on... The toilet doesnt have any curtain too... Although I am in standard room which is #6000 a night while the highest which is executive is #12,000 a night. Food arent cheap here so you can grab food outside around you.

Low budget hotel with dilapidated furnishings. The acs werent working, the rooms smelled stale, the fridge smelled too and there was a dead cockroach in the room. Everything takes forever to get. There was very loud music playing from the parking lot it was crazy.

Affordable rooms but not clean enough. Service too is nothing to write home about. No hot bath.

The rooms are neat, and though power supply from the National grid is not regular, Edmond Hotel still tries to ensure round-the-clock power supply (Alternating between a big generator that can power the air conditioner and a small one that powers only the ceiling fan and other electronics

The place is really big and clean and the rooms are quite cheap, from as low as 4k. But the services is way below standard. AC only comes on from 9PM and it went off at 2AM. The TV in my room had no channels and there were no toiletries in the 2 rooms we booked. I had to go ask and only toilet rolls were brought. Saying soap was out of stock. They were nice enough to go buy soap from outside for me though after I gave them some money. A lot can be done with this place but the management needs to put in more work. For now, I dont think Ill be lodging here next time I visit.

Relatively good accommodation for its location. Has some regular hotel rooms and apartment like suites through it looks like they changed their minds in fitting the kitchen area. The toilet fitting is new and clean. The compound is expansive and cars can be parked in front of your room. Dont expect a very high quality of service here. Youll be disappointed if TV is your thing as they have tiny tvs with crappy channels. Ill rate them average but give them a high recommendation.

I lodged in Rm 308 for 3 nights.My room air conditioning system was bad and no body told meI had no mirror either in the room or toilet.The door leading outside is not flush on the lintel and on the floor thereby allowing mosquitoes and other creeping things to gain entry at willFinally the tiles on the toilet floor is supposed to be wall tiles therefore its too slippery. If you guys are still going to have it there then go buy an ambulance.Oh your power supply is sweet. Thank you for not letting me roast in that oven call Asaba. Tanx
