This is a mid range hotel.My stay was here was ok.Their food was also nice

The hotel is affordable and with moderate comfortable rooms. And its not far from shoprite.

The place is cozy and calm. But most of their doors key card aint working.Inside of the rooms are spacious and dope, especially the steady supply of hot water.

Not good. Service is bad. The building needs modernisation. No coffee. Tea took 30mins to deliver. No cab. Bed broke apart. Terrible

CYSON HOTEL, ASABAAfter check-in at 9pm, the room i was lodge looked like a castle in the woods deserted for years. I was hesitant at first and thought to myself, its just to pass the night. I never knew it was the beginning of a 7-hour long nightmare.After a few mins, i realized the room was so stuffy. Then i realized that the air conditioning unit had an error E2 and wasnt working at all. The wall seemed to be sort of damp and the pillow cases were dirty and stained. The only functional socket was that of the T.V so the choice was either charge my laptop and gadgets or watch evening news.At this point, i changed my mind and called the reception to complain about all these. It took a while before he picked up only to tell me that i should unplug the A/C from the wall, give it a little time and then restart it. Wow, I just told him i was not interested and i wanted another room but he insisted all rooms were occupied and hung up the phone without even apologizing or asking if i had anything else to address.I called back severally but no one picked neither did anyone come around to check anything. I was already getting irate because they dont deserve what is charged at all. This was a big hotel and not a common guest house for Christ sake.At this point, it was already some minutes to 10pm and I couldnt risk going out to look for a better place because of the curfew imposed by the Govt due to the COVID-19 pandemic.After stating my displeasure, I just had to open the windows to air the room, pull my head rest from my bag and endure the night.Indeed, i had to sleep with a constant reminder of how it was gonna be over in the morning.

The hotel is undergoing some renovation. Everywhere was dusty.

Small bar, overly loud music, high and uncomfortable tables. The tables need to be changed to normal-height tables as they made the chairs seem too low. I came here to play chess with a friend, and while we could cope with the loud music as songs transited from the unpopular to popular, we couldnt cope with the high tables as ergonomics was not considered here

Cyson hotel asaba is a paradise on the Niger I love this place

Quite satisfactory!Pros:Great pricing, nice restaurant with good food, nice ambience, friendly and professional staff, 24-hour electricity but frequent interruptions during my last visit although each outage is usually restored within a minute or so, plenty entertainment options on their TV, clean rooms with nice bathroom facilities, etc.Cons:Wi-Fi available but weak in many areas. You may need to move to reception area to get any serious internet work done.Bathroom facilities, especially tiles and other toilet wares are getting dirty relative to my last visit months back. The cleaning staff are not doing well in this regard and probably the hotel management doesnt pay them well or someone responsible for supervisory role doesnt check what they do. This could potentially cause customer dissatisfaction!Overall, I will visit again anytime I am around Asaba!
