Prices are on the high side. At the visit, the HP man spent his whole attention explaining to one potential customer while neglecting others waiting. The other brand staff said he only can attend to us. This is a poor staff branding procedure. Should be looked at for better customer delivery. Left after 8 minutes without attention.
