God is good motors is one of Nigerias best road transport company. They have several terminals in Nigeria. Uyo the Akwa Ibom capital has one.What I find beautiful in this terminal was customer service. It was quite professional and timely. The staff were warm and welcoming. The buses available at the time were also of standard vis-a-vis the routes they were going to.However, the terminal was not so hygienic and the environment was dirty. The chairs within the terminal were rusty and weak. The overall arrangement in the park does not align with the classic standard GIG is known for.

Still one of the most improved transport company in Nigeria. Awesome service. They have an amazing app that is well run and continuously updated. Staff are relatively courteous. Drivers are polite and kind. Some of their stations could be better setup and organised but overall highly recommended

I am very very disappointed with the service offered at GIG Uyo office. I sent a package to my sister in Uyo from Gbagada since on the 30th of September, I was promised that she will be notified when the package is ready for pickup but the receiving office did not do that. On the 9th I was worried and had to track the package only to realize that it had arrived since on the 3rd of October, but on going there she was being charged for late pickup. Why was she charged for the companys inefficiency? i hope the management at that office sees this. WHY DO YOU FORCEFULLY CHARGE A CUSTOMER AND A MINOR AT THAT FOR YOUR INEFFICIENCY??

GIGM has been among the leading transportation companies in Nigeria. Their Uyo office tries to maintain the remarkable reputation of the body. At Uyo, the park is well-maintained, the vehicles are parked in an orderly manner, leaving room for guests to park as well. There is access for wheelchairs up to the booking and waiting area. The convenience is well maintained as well. Guests are assured of punctual and reliable departures. In exceptional cases, there could be a 15-30 minutes delay at the request of guests.

Deceitful.We booked for a bus with AC. On getting to the park, we were put in a Mon-AC bus.Unfortunately for us, rain fell and water entered from the left door; Veing that my travelling bag is made of fabric, water entered my bag😢😢😢. This is too bad.Secondly, the car was so dirty. The seat belt dirty the shirt of a man that sat in front.

A package was sent to me from Lagos to Uyo and it arrived in 4 days. The company failed to notify me when my package arrived I only discovered that it arrived by tracking it. Failure to notify me of the arrival of my package shows how careless this company is. But they are reliable, my package arrived in good condition.

Please help me understand why I chose ‘fast delivery’ as the option stated and it’s taking almost a week for my clients in Uyo to get a package from Lagos.Why did it have to get to PH first before coming to uyo?Why should I have to lose customers just because of the nonchalant attitude of your staff?Please ensure that you inform people of how much of their time you are going WASTE before you decide to accept their package into your care.Why should a customer have to suffer because you guys can’t manage your time well?You are incompetent!

The correct address is:Opposite Timber Market, Itam Industrial Layout.At Uyo, GIGM.com is a tank construction company. GIG Logistics is the transport company. Search with GIG Logistics, not with GIGM.com.

First, I would like to state that the address given on Google is incorrect and Im putting this here for first timers in Uyo, Akwa-Ibom state. I am not aware if theres another terminal in the city though.Let me explain by saying Monsignor Akpan is in another part of the city very far away from Timber market Itam where the GIGM bus terminal is located. I hope this error is corrected on the map to avoid misleading visitors in the state.The customer service there is okay, nothing overboard. But the overall look of the terminal is not befitting of the GIG brand, the place is looking so cluttered and unkempt and old, which is really unlike other GIG terminals Ive been to. Thats why Im giving four stars.

Annocement made properly and inquiry was attended to smartly...Bus: busses look very neat from the outside, my last 2 experences gave the impression of weak engines, I mean,, bus engine was so slogish, shock absorber and bushin was totally was totally condermed in the bus.. Air-condition is not cooling propey.. Especially when sun rises... TV in the busses do not talk or talk from the vehicle speaker..Drivers are neatly dressed in uniform....drivers do not overspend.. Driver are polite... GIGM.. Is trying.. But needs to put up more effort..
