Its a nice for anyone offering a post graduate degree program in FUTA to Lodge instead of going through the stress of staying off the campus.The hostel is like every other hostel within the school just that its has a more matured setting.Some features are:There is constant power supplyAvailability of good and clean waterClean environment that is properly taken care of from time to time.

This is the best male hostel in Federal University Of Technology Akure, although the portals treat the occupants as if they were in a boarding school.Apart from that its nice, two persons per room and each room comes suited with a kitchenette, a shower and WC, a fan, reading table and chair, a double wardrobe, a double shelf and beds.

The acdemic hostel is a conducive hostel to apply for. Rooms are well spacious, adequately ventilated and improved facilities to aid academic studies. 24hrs wireless service, constant electricity and backup generator are available. All rooms are ensuit and security is guaranteed.

My friends live there.. And sure its great!

Its not named old past graduate hostel. The place is now for undergraduate with running water, up to 22hours of light daily
