Makes perfect sense if you need a quiet living environment tho its a bit removed from all interesting places (on and off campus). The hostel buildings are clean, well planned with nice landscape around the courtyards...

Postgraduate hostel for FUTA students...light is good, bed space is small and its so expensive.....No recreation hall or activity around.....ATM and banks are quite a distance from the hostel.Water supply is so epilepticEnvironment is always bushyRoad is untarred with red dusty sand....Going out neat and reaching your destination so dusty and dirty.....Never take a walk from that hostel

New Postgraduate Hostel is located in Federal University if Technology, Akure. As the hostel for postgraduate students. The hostel is nice. I love the structure of the building but is quite far from the school main gate. If there is any means of transportation that can be made available to reach the area.

It is a nice place devoid of the noise and really good for concentrations needed for postgraduate students
