Because it accessible by all and sundry. Moreover, Sabo its a community that houses many students of Auchi Polytechnic. So, the level of crime around that area is LOW.

Very spacious event centre. The main hall is so quite large and fully functional air conditioning set to compensate for the temperate weather in Akure, Ondo state. The gallery is also beautifully constructed and could be used in itself as a mini hall thou it cant be isolated from the main hall downstairs.The parking is limited but often the church situated next to the compound is magnanimous to all allow visitors use their compound. The Akure military barracks is just a walk away making this hall secured from thuggery and executioner prevalent in parties around.
