Really nice customer service but also really Long queues.

I banked here for over seven years and maybe still counting.Its the major bank within FUTA community. Little wonder its always market-busy.Except during breaks, you can always expect to meet a queue either at the ATM post, the teller hall or funny still at the entrance.The members of staff are however, very friendly and helpful.Accessibility is poor due to the stairs and gate.No public toilet.

Compared to their neighbor, they are trying. But I believe they can do better.

They consider their customers first

There are always long queues. The tellers in this bank are very slow. The last time I was there it took the teller there 5mins to attend to a customer.
