Yes this is the popular Ogun state housing estate gate with other small estate in it and hotel as well they are also neighbor to the popular Corona secondary school.

This place is well-organized and also with a security outpost.

The area is serene if youre a lover of that type of neighborhood.

It leads to opic Estate Area 4 and Area 8 and also on the road to lusada, igbesa and Agbara

Its an estate Where people live and also have some industries... A well secured area.

I just through and visited a friend,I didnt really look at the place to note what is happening there.

I was confused when I was visiting this place. It was pronounced as Dear Gate instead of Diya Gate that it is. It was so difficult for people to get. But, visiting this place was exciting

A very large but poorly maintained estate,the Ogun State government has a lot to learn about estate management.

Only one gate (exit) is in use for both to and fro, which causes congestion at times and the pothole at the entrance is an eyesore for such a reputable estate.

Its quiet ,peaceful and you sometimes have light lol -otherwise translates to boring good place for retirees

The major issue with this estate is the fact that 70%,if not more, of its roads are yet to be done to standard. This may look insignificant at the beginning until you begin to notice that people have started selling their properties because they are unable to continue to endure the dust

The road is a nightmare. Its horribly eroded and constantly has trucks, trailers and tankers passing it; often enough they fall over and block the roads . The resultant traffic is terrible, if the threat to life wasnt bad enough!
