One thing the GB management has gotten right: a consistent level of service across the many GB locations. Generally not a bad experience. But items may be a bit costlier than your regular grocery mall.

Grocery Barzaar is not doing well in some area, sometimes in October, 2020, precisely 20th I purchased some goods worth of #5,200 using my ATM card of which their POS debited me twice.All efforts to retrieve my balance from d bank proved abortive as the bank kept referring me back to them saying my money is with them.The authority of the gb agbara branch did not do anything to resolve d issue till date. This is very bad of the gb authority.No good customer relations in this aspect because it seems I was defrauded of my hard earn income. I am not happy about it because gb could have done something to resolve my complaint rather than kept mute over the issue. Especially the meager amount involve.However, am not happy with the gb in agbara for this neferius attitude displayed by the said gb.Thks.

Poor price updates. One price on the shelf, another at the checkout. Restocking is almost never done on perfumes so maybe find your signature scent elsewhere. Basically, theyre unreliable.

Its just basic, maybe less. Less than what youd think of as a big supermarket. No air condition, some major items out of stock, other items are overpriced. But hey, there are really no much malls around the area, no competition. They have a fine bread though, I give that to them.
