A lovely home away from home

Silver Grandeur is just an ok place as compared to the poor state of some of the closest hotels to it. I would have given it more stars if not for the over-familiarity of the staff with the guest. But yes, I would go back if I ever need an affordable hotel in Ajao Estate area.

The management is inefficient, Rats everywhere, the put off their generator for the whole night, and when you complain the staff threaten to beat you up.

The area is located in a close which makes the environment calm. They have WiFi, the hotel is close to the airport hence it is expected to be expensive but not as expensive as others around it. I was okay with the service but they still need to improve so as to be one of the best.

Overall, not a good value for money. Bathroom was low quality. Shower in the bathroom wasnt working. Waited for some hours for electricity.

Everytime I ordered for food, I had to wait for a minimum one hour before its delivered.They claim to offer complimentary breakfast, but billed me for the breakfast I ate.First room I stayed in, the shower wasnt working; they pleaded that I manage till the next morning for them to change me to another room. I had to wait till 1pm the next day before they changed me to another room.I forgot a very expensive earpiece in the first room I stayed and when I complained about it, the housekeeping staff that cleaned the room claimed he didnt see it. I totally regret staying two nights there.

Service was great. And the rooms were big. Ill definitely come back again.

No light right now and the generator is not running so were just cooking in our rooms and mosquitoes are saying hello. If I hadnt paid for two nights, Id have checked out by morning.Almost a year later, this place is even worse than it was before. No intercom, the wash basin drains dont work, the television channels are not clear and you have to use one hand to hold the shower and in some of the rooms no bathroom light. Also if you can afford to enjoy mosquito bites then feel free to lodge here. Lest I forget you have to practically beg for your room to be cleaned and for fresh toiletries supply. No internet either. The only good thing about it is its proximity to the airport. The staff are non professional and non responsive to problems, or request for service.

This is a very decent hotel.I had to be at the airport by 6AM as I had an early morning flight and the thought of not being able to get to the airport on time worried me.Glad I found this hotel on recommendation by friends that live in Lagos.I lodged for 2 nights before my flight and a night when I returned to the country.It is quite affordable, with such short proximity to the International airport.There is Wi-fi connection.The room is clean with every necessary things the fee can get you. 😄I was only not happy there was no room service all through. I mean no one comes to clean the room or bed sheets.The staff and nice and ready to help.I highly recommend this hotel and will continue to use it when the need arises.BTW, its only 8-10 minutes drive from the International Airport in Lagos.

I spent a night here. Loved the room and reception. But it took longer than expected for my food to be served. No internet. Affordable I have to say.

Its a below average hotel. However, good phone conversation and support to make a good room choice.

Great distance from bus stop, very beautiful place

No internet connectivity, No constant power supply, Very poor TV & mostly poor international TV access, No constant hot water, etc; As a result both clients & staff really frustrated! The potential is evident though!

Not fit to be an hotel. Rooms are dreadful with peeling paints, dirty sheets, stagnant water with mucus on the toilet floor, air conditioning drips into the room. No bathroom mat, so the room gets wet after shower... The list goes on and on.Lodge here, if youre looking forward to a Halloween experience
