The program started late though they asked we be punctual, otherwise, the session was interesting and inclusive. I had a wonderful learning experience.

Poor customer care attendance. Just to enquire about Laravel PHP framework, the customer care staff was rude and hash on the phone. This is not the first time. Last year I got the same response even from their manager at Wuse 2. You should learn to be more polite with your customers even if they are a bit too inquisitive.
