Slowest service I have ever seen. Sometimes I feel like they forgot about my order. It doesnt deserve to get a spot in hilton.

Service is so slow. 30 minutes to get noticed by a waiter (sitting by the pool) and 30 minutes to hear that my wine is not available. Got something to drink after around 80 minutes...Maybe they were understaffed and also a bit unorganised...
